For the new year 2017

At the beginning of the year, Akimoto gave a message to all employees:

From my experience, warm & sunny year end / new year like this one around this area may be a sign of turbulence.

My article will be published on the next issue of Nikkei Business magazine (Jan 9). There, I told the reporter that ‘division of labor’ is the root of income inequality. For example, industries like finance and technology can grow so big and global in a short period. This is because their business model is just adding ‘zero(s)’ to financial, digital figures when something goes right. It is a knock out tournament where limited number of winner takes all, and other majorities are left behind.

Income inequality means that the middle class is fading, which can severely damage the economy, because they are the driving force of consumption and economy. Wealthy people already has a large house(s), and the poor cannot afford to buy a house.

This is why our business model focus on building in-house. You can change yourself and become a multiple player, if not, you can at least see what  the colleagues around you in various departments are doing.

Be flexible!

Think hard!

Lead!

The opportunities at our company has no limit.
