Akimoto describes how “3KM” lecture started in our company.

3K is widely considered to stand for:

きつい(tough)

汚い(dirty)

危険(dangerous)

Young people nowadays don’t appreciate these circumstances.

In this lecture, however, 3K is:

個人(myself)

家庭(family)

会社(company)

and also the three conditions of happiness:

健康(health)

経済(money)

心(mind)

3M is the initial of:

Mark

Management

Motivation

Akimoto then explains making plans and rules are essential to have the sense of achievement (success), and the quantity and the quality of this process is the meaning of life.

Akimoto’s secret is to set high goals which are certain to fail in three days, and after three days, revise the plan, and endlessly keep rotating this cycle 100 times a year.

The most important thing is to ACT. Move forward.

In building human relations, Akimoto reveals another secret:

5 wins, 4 losses is the key to long lasting relationship.

Finally, Akimoto proposed the fresh people to build and acquire two, if possible three activities nobody can beat.
